Business Analyst (Odoo)

We are expanding our team and looking for a Business Analyst for Odoo ERP implementation projects - someone who not only documents requirements but also deeply understands the platform and can translate the client’s business logic into a working system.

Who we’re looking for

  1. Our ideal candidate is a specialist who:
  2. Works confidently with Odoo at the configuration and system settings level (system parameters, cron jobs, email logic, environment variables).
  3. Has a strong analytical background: identifies gaps between “as is” and “to be” states, formalizes processes, and structures requirements.
  4. Can model processes and solutions using BPMN/UML, prepare business and functional documentation (BRD, Use Cases, User Stories, Specifications).
  5. Understands integrations: REST API, webhooks, data structures, and uses Postman or similar tools.
  6. Understands the full SDLC - from discovery and estimation to go-live and post-implementation support.
  7. Feels comfortable with clients: facilitates meetings, presents solutions, and can independently manage a domain or project.

Main responsibilities

  1. Analyze clients’ business processes, perform gap analysis, and define the target model.
  2. Estimate project scope and risks; participate in presales and discovery phases.
  3. Prepare structured documentation: BRD, process diagrams, technical descriptions, interaction diagrams.
  4. Participate in Odoo configuration and integration with external systems (API, webhooks).
  5. Work with the Project Manager to ensure project delivery: requirements, development, testing, go-live.
  6. Conduct demos, train users, and prepare guides and instructions.
  7. Support clients after go-live, assisting with system adoption and further development.

  2. Schedule: Mon-Fri, available from 9:00 to 18:00 (flexible actual working hours).
