About this role

This role covers the full Odoo ERP project lifecycle. You will analyze clients’ business processes, identify inefficiencies, and perform gap analysis to define an optimal target model aligned with their goals.

You’ll evaluate project scope and risks, contribute to presales and discovery phases, and prepare key documentation such as BRDs, process diagrams, and technical specifications that clearly describe system logic and requirements.

Working closely with the technical team, you’ll participate in Odoo configuration and integration with external systems (via APIs and webhooks), ensuring stable and efficient performance. Together with the Project Manager, you’ll oversee all delivery stages — from requirements and development to testing and go-live.

You’ll also conduct demos, train users, and prepare clear guides and manuals. After launch, you’ll support clients through adoption and further system development to help them achieve long-term results.

What We Offer

The collaboration terms are flexible and designed to suit different working preferences. Payment is negotiable and can follow either an hourly model with project-based billing or a fixed monthly rate, depending on mutual agreement and project specifics. The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, with availability between 9:00 and 18:00, though actual working hours remain flexible to support productivity and a comfortable pace.

The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while staying connected with the team. We emphasize efficiency and trust, keeping bureaucracy to a minimum and avoiding any form of micromanagement. You’ll be joining a team of experienced professionals who value autonomy, measurable results, and maintaining a balanced approach between work and personal life.
