What we did: 

In the process of implementation, fully automated work with the Telegram social network according to the "Client-Manager" scheme was developed, automatic generation of chats for selected managers, registration in the client system via Telegram, the rule of the manager's first response, the possibility of resuming the chat from the client and manager, integration into the module requests.
